At Budwood we understand that having a safe, nurturing home environment and the support of adults who truly care can make all the difference to a child who has experienced disruption in their lives.  

Our regulated children’s homes are risk assessed and with regular health and safety checks conducted to ensure that the premises is a safe and welcoming home. There’ll be at least one Residential Support Worker in each of our homes at any given time, so the children who stay at Budwood can rely on the support of a trusted adult 24/7. External CCTV is in operation outside our properties to ensure the safety of children and staff.  

Our children’s homes are furnished beautifully and have comfortable communal areas where children are encouraged to unwind and play together. There are plenty of fun activities available like games consoles, board games, toys, and access to Netflix, and we’re always planning fun things to do outside the home. Each young person will be allocated their own cupboard space in the kitchen and are welcome to bring along a small pet, such as a hamster or fish.
